We live in the desert, but that doesn’t mean it’s all sand and no grass. Our parks offer plenty of lush green fields, beautiful trees, playgrounds, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, soccer fields, tennis courts, and more.

Practice your Backslide or Ollie North or just have a good time in Palm Desert’s only Skateboard Park. Get your DRD Fun Pass today, only $5 for the entire year! Get yours at the Palm Desert Community Center. There are no residency restrictions. Children under 18 must have their parents present to purchase their pass.

This neighborhood community park offers a large playground, plenty of grass area for soccer games, picnics, and more. In fact, the Indio Community Center (next door) holds their annual Eggstravaganzas and Halloween Spooktaculars here.

The Indio Hills Park is a great place to run off excess energy by playing hoops with friends, watching the kids swing and slide or picnicking with the family.

This is one of our larger parks in the east valley that offers plenty of recreational opportunities and fun. Bring your friends and family out to enjoy a picnic, take a hike on our walking trail, and enjoy basketball on the courts or soccer on our field.
