Adults 50 years old and over can participate in fitness or art classes, listen to guest speakers, or join a field trip at one of our Senior Centers.

Palm Desert Senior Games & International Sports Festival
The 2023 Games were held January 31 through February 5, 2023. The 2024 Games will be held January 30 through February 4, 2024.

There is a lot going on at our centers - enjoy bingo, games, or craft time each week; some centers have exercise classes, guest speakers, field trips and more - pick up a schedule and seen what's happening.

Seniors at Indio Hills Senior Program

Senior Programs are open to those 50 Years of Age and Over.

The Indio Hills Senior Program is held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Indio Hills Community Center, 80-400 Dillon Road in Indio Hills.

The Mecca Senior Program is held Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Mecca Community Center, 65-250 Coahuilla Street in Mecca.

The North Shore Senior Program is held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the North Shore Beach & Yacht Club, 99-155 Sea View Drive in North Shore.
