Adaptive Aqua Swim

*A parent or caretaker may be required to be in the pool with the participant to provide hands-on assistance for both Beginner and Moderate to Advanced classes.* Beginner – swim lessons focus on helping participants become familiar and comfortable in the water (i.e., floating, putting their face in the water, submerging their head, and kicking). Lessons take place in the shallow pool at Pawley. Moderate to Advanced – swim lessons focus on stroke progression and building physical endurance. Lessons take place in the large pool at Pawley.
