International Sports Festival

Rules and Sport Information

The rules and regulations for the International Sports Festival are too numerous to print. Log onto www.nsga.com and click on results and rules tab.

Entries

You may enter as many sports as you want just make sure you don’t double book yourself. If entering more than one sport, you only need to pay the games fee once. No refunds will be given and no schedule changes will be made to accommodate multi-sport entrants. If entered into both team and individual sports you will not need to pay the games fee twice. If playing tennis you may only participate in 2 of the 3 events.

Team Sports

Please submit one team roster along with each individual player registration/ waiver form. Every player is responsible for signing a release and liability registration form, if waiver is not signed, player cannot play. Player registration forms, waivers and fees CANNOT be separate from the team roster. All pre-set teams must send money together. If you do not have a team but want to play in a team sport, you may send in individual registration but there is no guarantee we can find a complete team. If no team can be set, you will receive a refund. Additional waivers available.

Application Deadline

All registrations (including team entries) must be postmarked by Friday, February 3, 2012. Entries postmarked after February 3, 2012 will be subject to return. Upon receipt of entry form, fees, and signed liability waiver, a confirmation packet will be e-mailed to you. This includes your receipt of registered events, event details, directions and other important information.

Results

In an effort to take care of our environment and save trees, the results will be posted online at the completion of this year's events.

Fees

A one time Games Fee of $35.00 is required for each athlete unless otherwise stated. Games Fee includes registration into all sports and official games memorabilia.
 
An Event Fee of $5.00 is required for each event entered per person per event unless otherwise stated. i.e. Pickleball singles $5.00 fee, Pickleball doubles $5.00 fee, etc.

The Volleyball and Softball team fee are for the specified team event only and does not include the official games t-shirt. A games fee and event fee will apply if participating in other events. (An official games t-shirt will be available for purchase.)
