Desert Recreation District invites you to enjoy its recently renovated Par 3 nine-hole golf course in Palm Desert. Players can compare their scores against official standards established by the Southern California Golf Association and work on their short game while experiencing one of the best mountain views in the valley. Families, community organizations and groups are encouraged to contact The First Tee to stage their next outing or fundraising tournament!

FREE Adult Clinics Every Wednesday Coach Jeff will be giving FREE golf clinics on the East end of the driving range every Wednesday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Each week you will meet with Coach Jeff to share a topic concerning the game of golf. These sessions are both demonstrative and when time and class size allows, interactive! No appointment is necessary. Please arrive a few minutes early on the EAST end of the driving range!

Ball Field Use Information & Procedures

The District owns and operates numerous ball fields throughout the Coachella Valley. Private individuals, groups or organizations can reserve the field for a company softball game, baseball practice or pickup soccer game

A Facility Use Permit is required and appropriate fees paid ($275 cleaning deposit, $30 per hour night use and/or $30 per hour day use at least two (2) weeks in advance of desired date). Bases and chalking are available at an additional charge. At no time is alcohol allowed on the District's ball fields.
